Love for the most part I this pan. It is easy to clean, has a very large cooking surface and heats up quickly and evenly. The only problem I have is that the product description specifically says you can bake with it, but the temperature scale is only low-high. No temperatures, which would require a lot of experimentation and probably food loss on my part. Also, there are no baking recipes in the recipe book that would be helpful. But if you're looking for a great pan for frying, braising etc, this is the best I've tried in this price range.
