CUSTOMER SERVICE AWESOME! I loved this phone holder, that's all they said. Very solidly built and the telescoping feature is very solid, my phone (iPhone 8 Plus) didn't rock at all but as I have a 2006 Toyota the cup holder area is larger than the bottom base expands so I went back on it. About a week later I received an email from the company asking how they could help me find the perfect phone mount for my car. I told them my make, model and year of my car and they sent me another version of their product for FREE. I couldn't believe it! Well the product they sent was perfect for my car this time. My favorite feature was the phone holder on the air vent because when I placed it on my car's air vent, it protruded about 1 1/2 - 2 inches out of the vent, allowing airflow to exit the vent. It also didn't cause the vent to go down as you can tighten the clamp to keep it straight and strong. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and let me tell you that keeping it strong is no easy task. This vent clip version was so great my eldest son took it from me and now I'm going to buy another one this time.
