Review on MAZEL by Dan Toliver

I was pleased to discover a shop like MAZEL that sells a variety of sporting goods and outdoor gear as an international customer. However, I had a very disappointing encounter with their online store. First of all, shipping was a complete disaster. My order arrived much later than expected, in damaged packaging, and with some of the goods missing. To have my missing items shipped to me, I had to go through a drawn-out and difficult procedure, which took even longer. Additionally, when I asked for assistance from their customer support department, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I felt like my concerns weren't taken seriously because of the impersonal responses I got. I anticipate dependable shipping and attentive customer support as an international client. Unfortunately, these hopes were not fulfilled by MAZEL's online shop. To other international customers searching for sporting goods, I do not suggest this store.
