Robust and high-quality construction

I love having a small, lightweight, all-purpose tripod, and I haven't had a Slik 500G in decades that finally got plastic fatigue. This tripod was in Prime Day promotion and looked like a worthy replacement. I've used it a few times and found it well made and well thought out, complete with a handy pouch for the phone adapter to live in when I'm not using it. Lately I've been using it as a small tripod to mount my secondary 7" monitor and Tascam recorder next to my DSLR for fixed shooting situations. It's quite durable when working with feet in a small area and serves that purpose very well. Also handy when I need a fixed recording with my phone for a dog playing a video.

Pros

Professional: Precision spirit level, 3-way rotary head with quick-release plate. Pan head with tilt and pan handle, allows shooting from any angle, accurately and efficiently, Lever to pan and tilt the head. The flat head is movable and can be adjusted and screwed with fastening screws and a spirit level. Panning left and right and tilting up and down are pretty smooth.
