Purchased a pair of these gloves (medium) for an elderly cousin who just discovered really sharp chef's knives and sliced a piece of her finger. She was cranky and irritable when I made her measure her hand (over the phone) and ordered a medium glove, per the instructions on Best Buy, which was a perfect fit for an 8 inch finger span. Then she complained she didn't to get cloth into her food, so we came up with the solution of placing a rubber glove over her cutting glove. The cutting glove was delivered to her within two days, just in time for her to make Sunday dinner, where she sliced off a piece of the rubber glove, but the cutting glove was untouched. She's happy, so I'm happy, and am ordering a pair of these cutting gloves for myself.
