Advantages: Easy installation. The large size is suitable for the back seat of large cars (e.g. suitable for Mazda CX-5 and Ford Edge). etc. Cons: Very slippery on leather seats. This seat cover has no support so your dog will slip when you put him on the leather seat. Even for dogs that love to ride in a car (like mine) this is a problem because they never feel safe. (However, this shouldn't be an issue in a car with cloth seats.) Shame because it's cute and a hammock is a good option for cleanliness, but other than that it doesn't work in a car with leather seats if you want your dog to be safe and to feel good. I bought a seat cover and will try it on top of that - hopefully it solves the problem by creating more grip/friction - but definitely something to consider for those with leather seats.
