Review on πŸ”ͺ PAUDIN Damascus Paring Knife 3.5 Inch - Professional Chef's Knife with Full Tang Ergonomic G10 Handle and Ultra Sharp VG10 Stainless Steel Blade by Sarah Black

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good quality for such a budget

I wasn't happy when I saw 'made in China' on it when I ordered it I thought it was a Japanese one Knife. But to be honest it's good quality. The hand is beautiful, slim design and good grip. The center of gravity is very well adjusted, so you don't have to put your finger on the metal blade, full control and balance from the handle. The quality of the steel is really good (I don't think it's Damascus), it seems to me that these are just traces of a laser (I'll add a review in 6-9 months). It's sharp but not razor sharp like the Tangan knife I bought in Japan. Found a tiny chip on the blade. All in all, it seems to be the best Japanese-style Chinese knife on a budget of around $100 (you'll have to pay $300 for a quality Japanese knife). I recommend the Nakiri knife. Inwill will update the rating in 6-9 months if it's still sharp and strong I might give it 5 stars instead of 4.
