The game is chic on a PC, there is freedom to choose an action, if you fool around, then you can go through the game without killing at all. If a computer or laptop has at least an RTX2060, then the game looks completely different. Just a huge area worked out to the smallest detail. And now in order. 1) Fight, if you want to shoot, if you want to swing a wrench or turn your neck. 2) You can ride cars or motorcycles, but motorcycles are better for me because there are traffic jams even here. 3) Do you want to go through the plot, or secondary tasks, or complete orders or eliminate violations, in general, the plot looks more like a movie. 4) You can make any weapon or thing yourself, but you will have to run around in search of blueprints.
