It should look like a swamp cooler. The first was sent back because water was not splashing into the fan. The second didn't seem to matter...it's a fan, not a radiator. On the other hand, this is a battery powered fan that will run for around 4 hours before needing to be recharged. I have a couple of fans connected to an external battery. They're a lot smaller and a lot cheaper (we already had batteries), so I ended up returning the second one too.
