TLDR: If you have PI Get This it works great but if you want to use it to power something else it might not work Charger to work with any Type-C device but it didn't work with my camera which surprised me. I haven't looked at the Type-C interface specs (I'm a retired electronics designer), but I understand that it has a SMART protocol to negotiate different charging voltages and speeds. I also read that the Raspberry PI had a bug (hardware design flaw) that prevented it from working with SMART chargers. The PI has been updated with a fix for this issue. I don't know if I have the old PI or the Fixed PI. What I can tell you is that this charger WORKS GREAT with Raspberry PI, my low power warning is finally gone. But I was disappointed when my camera ignored this charger and refused to run on it, so I deducted 1 star.
