somehow dimmable? - Wall lamps and wall lamps

Bright White. They appear to be dimmable. Ranges from 100%, then dims to 75%, then just off. The dial rotates about 3/4 of the way from off to on at about 75% brightness. So I think technically they are dimmable, which isn't usually what you think of. Brighter, a little less bright or off.
