Vigo is a STUPID pursuer.

Kris Koppy I've had one since it was released. Actually I had two. The first one stopped working and the new ones were sent out with a "discount". The second worked for a couple of weeks and then quit for a couple of months. Then suddenly it worked again for several months, and then at the end of August 2021 ... nothing. It's a piece of shit...garbage. I have sent at least a dozen emails but NOT ONE reply. Terrible device and horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. Worse than terrible. RUN….

Pros

INTERNAL BATTERY INCLUDED - Backup power supply in case of power failure during theft. The device will not affect your motorcycle and will not void your warranty. The Vigo Smart Track is connected to the motorcycle's battery, so it charges while riding and sleeps when parked.
