What I like and dislike is the plastic. I don't like it because it's the weak link. And if it breaks, you have serious problems. If you don't understand the mechanics, one of the plastic parts can easily break during assembly. But I love how they designed the plastic components, they make the construction stiff and strong when used as the designer intended. The twin tower design with two length adjustable hangar trusses was just what I needed. The downside is that apart from the adjustable overall length of the hanger bar, they only connect in one direction; Don't try this, try this flexibility. In short, it's a simple, easy-to-build, and really well thought-out storage system, especially considering the price is about half the price of many comparable systems I've tested.
