Poor customer service

My printer keeps reading an incompatible cartridge. I changed the cartridge and everything is fine. I sent the cartridge back as it was new. But the reason I won't buy an HP printer again is because of the customer service. Terrible! You can't contact tech support, they're not there. Strange or automatic voice that is useless. Product support comes first when I buy a product and need someone to talk to. I rate the service as bad.
