I like how it is easy to use and have a lot of features for training. It has been helping my clients understand what their customers want and need. Clients are able to see the benefits in real time which has helped make them more engaged with the program. The only thing that I didn't like about it was when the server went down, it took some time to get back up again. If you are looking for an easy way to train your employees, this is the solution. We are using it to help our staff members better understand what our customers need. The service is excellent, and they have helped us with our training needs and questions throughout the process. There are no complaints so far, which I am very happy about. We are using FRT for a number of reasons but primarily to help us get up to speed quickly, and to give us an overview of what we need to do and how. It has been helpful.
