I really like that this software allows me as an employer, who is also responsible for my employees' benefits enrollment process (I am their Human Resource representative), can use it without any help from our HR department at all! This was one of many frustrations we faced with other solutions in which there had been some pushback by staff members when they would come into enrollments meetings where someone else's employee has failed or gotten rejected due to lack of eligibility requirements etc. There are so few things about this platform itself - especially once trained-that i dislike; however most could be corrected if addressed immediately upon implementation rather than waiting until something goes wrong later down the road!! If not done correctly right off start up time will make sure no users get enrolled during initial setup phase because system cannot accommodate them while training takes place/the software gets better.
