Interesting Concept

These are a little hard to adjust to. We don’t use them as storage containers, more like measuring cups to put food into storage containers. The cups themselves are fine, nice quality and easy to clean. It’s the concept behind them that’s hard to adjust to. You kind of have to plan your day ahead to spread out the number of containers you’re supposed to eat in a day effectively. Like it’ll take some getting used to to figure out how much we ought to make for dinner to fill just one cup of protein each etc. but they do help with portion control when you get that down.

Great for anyone trying to lose weight or manage portion sizes.

Cons

Can be difficult to accurately measure portion sizes
