Yes the containers are helpful, but after reading the inset to see how to use them, I'm confused.I calculated my caloric baseline and maintenance goals and was able to figure out how many containers to eat daily. So yes, it serves it's purpose. I was hoping to get more of an explanation without having to log online. The insert is clearly made from someone who's first language is not English. Not that it matters, I would just like to understand what I am reading after I spent almost $15 on tiny pieces of plastic. The last column on the far right next to the Orange container shows a frying pan looking thing with maybe some oil or water on top. there's NO explanationfor what metric this is, or what to make of it ANYWHERE in the insert or online. The explanation for the green container says "Viggies" not Veggies. Also, under the Carbs section it gives a list there on what is classified as "carbs" for this plan. Then suddenly says (these are weird-shaped food items that don't fit your containers, if you happen to be fastidious and this bothers you, that's fine. Skip these items. No waffles for you!) WHAT? I guess at some point, someone complained that some of the carbs on their list didn't exactly fit the WHOLE item in the tiny container. But that's no way to respond. in the instructions?! Come on man. It talks about the nut serving size and how you don't use the container to fill up completely full of nuts, to use the amount specified in the food list. Then says "Using your container as well a container."I just looked at the website- which is just a document, NOT a website- it gives you in this packet and it keeps referring to "The 21 day Fix", says I need to download an app. I have done the REAL 21 day fix with BeachBody but that app is NOT it. Kinda seems like these folks may be trying to rip off BeachBody, will be returning.
