They are not honoring their warranty
I had a coil failure before the warranty expired. I contacted the company and they did not give me a partial refund for any of the reels. They said that since the warranty period is coming to an end, the money will not be refunded. If a part breaks during the warranty period, I don't care if it's the first day or the last day of the warranty, it should be replaced or refunded.
