Great product and most importantly GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought 3 of these barcode readers and had an issue with some barcodes where they ran a weird code when scanned and corrupted the POS system. I contacted Symcode customer service and in less than 24 hours Mr. Carl contacted me and I explained the problem to him. I sent them a video demonstration of the problem and two days later Mr. Carl emailed me with a special barcode which I scanned and my problem was solved. I have to say I was impressed with their customer service which is the most important thing! Highly recommended
- Bluetooth wireless connection is more convenient. Small size with large memory (can store more than 50,000 codes), portable and durable, can scan the code on the phone, no need to print the code on paper.
