I think they're gorgeous, but the nutritionist said the protein percentage should be plant-based. The plates are quite large, larger than recommended for a bariatric patient. Also, it would be better if they were microwave and dishwasher safe.

Pros

Each serving platter is divided into 3 sections with protrusions for proper nutrition. Each food compartment visually reflects the correct servings of protein, vegetables and fiber for maximum weight loss
