Review on 🔧 Optimized GM Genuine Parts 15-80564 Blower Motor Resistor for Auxiliary Heating and Air Conditioning by Joseph Hall

Revain says it is compatible with my car but it is not. I have a 2004 Chevy Suburban LT with a digital temperature controller. It has the right plugs and connectors so everything connects fine but it doesn't work. After spending a good day troubleshooting in 100* heat I've come to the conclusion that this part may be faulty. So I notified Revain and they promptly sent a replacement. Another day of troubleshooting in 100 degree heat and in that moment I realized something was definitely wrong with this part. I ran to my local Chevy dealership and bought the part, twice the price (of course), and reluctantly pocketed it. Voila! It works. So contrary to what Revane says, this part will NOT work on a digitally controlled Chevy Suburban. If you're looking at this part and own a 2004 Chevy Suburban with Digital Temperature Control, don't say no one warned you. Of course, if I have not received a defective item. But what is the probability that I have received a defective item BOTH times?
