It makes no sense to describe what does not work, because. almost everything doesn't work. The keyboard does not connect to the software, or connects when it pleases. The software freezes and does not respond to actions. The wheel clicks when it wants, several times in a row, it does not contact Adobe (I have an Adobe license, if that). The delay is huge. This is just plain cheating. This is just a fail, which the company does not recognize and, apparently, is not going to amortize at all. As far as I understand, they just pour money into reviews and reviews. The software is not being repaired, it is already several years old and it does not work anyway. As far as I understand, Logitech is just hiding the problem and selling off the leftovers. The vast majority of reviews are fake, they use literally the same USP tags (for $ 200, for designers, for pros), which do not correspond to reality at all, but if you dig, you can find real reviews, and there is darkness. Support is silent or "very sorry" that I bought the product, I'm sorry too. For a week now I have been βfightingβ with the seller to return this UG back. It's amazing that Logitech has the audacity to sell such a bad product at a price higher than the ideal (roughly) apple keyboard. I think that in the year 21 it is no longer possible to do business like the Dagestanis in the 94th, and this move of theirs will most likely result in good reputational damage. For my part, I see only the only option to refuse to use this company in principle.
