It was easy to build out most features needed from my end as well had great support team at every level! Great integration with Salesforce (Sales Cloud). Not many third party modules available but they were building some pretty cool ones over time like Customer Journey Mapping etc so that could be interesting down the road if it goes live/popular enough? This product fits perfectly into the B2C world I work within - targeting specific audiences via social media channels such as Facebook Live Ads or Youtube Video ads using this tool really helps us get those engagements going faster since we can see exactly who's clicking what links in real-time when running campaigns. The ability to send out automated emails with different templates that can be customized as per needs without any manual intervention was one great thing about this software. I would say it's not so much useful but very easy-to-use tool when compared to other email automation tools like MailChimp etc. It helps us get rid off all those repetitive tasks related to sending bulk mails.
