Not fresh, oh so dry. I have 2 rabbits that are "domesticated" they don't touch him. We rescued (several months ago) a rabbit with a cotton tail that wrinkled its nose. uses it as a bed. and my guinea pig won't eat either. I've tried giving it to them several times but they won't touch it. I should have listened to the last review and not bought as I am not satisfied at all.
