Probably best for younger kids
My 7 and 8 year olds wanted to build forts so I got this set. It seems ok to build a small square fort, but it's a bit too big and durability drops drastically. Our fortress continued to fall, sticks fell from sockets. It won't be able to hold more than a light sheet if your child wants to cover something.
