I like that it is easy for my business to use as well as customize their own version of our program with different features they want in order to make sure we meet everyone's needs! It has been great so far but there isn't anything yet that really stands out at this point other than its ease-of-use which makes me feel good about using it now rather then later when it becomes harder to implement into your system/business model. We have used Flexengage since early 2017 & have seen an increase in customer satisfaction through engagement within both customers who received them & those who didn’t receive them due to being offline during delivery time frame(which was very short).
