Edited - I'll update my rating to 3 stars. The company contacted me quickly and offered a full refund. I'll think about trying them again because they went through so quickly. Excellent customer service. I hope the second order lasts longer than the first. I was so hoping this would make a great seat cover. We had problems with one of our dogs getting UNDER the seat cover so we were hoping this would put an end to it. It looked great with side panels that zipped closed and straps that hooked onto a coat hook or handle above the window. This case didn't hold up at all. When using it for the first time, one of the metal clips at the end of the strap broke, and one of the zippers was not sewn in. On the second use, the zipper puller came loose and the zipper was no longer sewn on. The idea is great, but the product didn't suit us. I have a 70 lb Lab, another similar sized dog and a 23 lb medium sized dog. We bought a metal grid to keep them in the back seat and this seat cover and used dog harnesses and harnesses. Very disappointed with how it held up. i have to return it In the state it is in, covered in white lab hairs, it looks like we've used it 35 times instead of two.
