very low light. Others will see you on the street, but nothing will really light up. Doesn't come with instructions. I had to look up photos from other users to see how the light attaches to the mount. poorly designed bracket. The lantern is loosened when it is attached to the bracket with the parts provided. I had to add a nut or some washers to fill the space between the light and the mounting points on the bracket. To ensure the connection is tight.
