Review on Back by Ronnie Toups

I love that my manager is able see what i am working on at any given time from anywhere in our office by simply clicking "back". It makes life much easier for me as an employee with multiple responsibilities! There's nothing we dislike specifically but there are some things which could improve upon if possible (we're looking outwards here!). If implemented correctly this software would really save us lots of precious work hours over email or phone calls etc - plus being proactive rather than reactive means more productive employees who feel valued within the organisation!!
