Mine arrived today so I hooked it up straight away and tested it with the Oculus Rift. Works perfectly so it's a safe buy if you need more USB ports for VR. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the metal plate isn't the strongest. Mine flexes a bit when I put something in, so I caution you to screw it in tight and be careful when you plug it in. I had no trouble installing this in my large, roomy case, but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan on organizing cables behind the back of a small case. The wires are very thick (the thickness of some HDMI cables) so it will be very difficult to weave and bend them in the tiny housing.
