A key fob will appear and there will be a small piece of paper with a website to visit for installation/programming instructions. You enter your car model, year of manufacture etc. When I pull out my 2005 Chevy Cobalt it tells me that the fob needs to be taken to the dealership to program the fob. Are you kidding me! Wouldn't that be good information to display before ordering a keychain? I will make sure I never order from them again and will also tell everyone I know to avoid them as they are a scam.
