Review on CTLAMP 5J.J7L05.001 P-VIP 240 0.8 E20.9n Original OEM Lamp/Bulb for BenQ W1080ST Projector by Jesse Azuse

The lamp is original in every way. However, there is a downside. There is a small protrusion on one side of the bulb that needs to fit into a groove in the metal plate that holds the bulb in place. Unfortunately, the rib in the piston is trapezoidal and the notch is rectangular like the original piston. It is not possible to replace a light bulb with this without modifying the housing. I would like to work with the seller to find a solution but at this point I have to return it and find another lamp with the right lip. I have a Benq W1080st with original case.
