I love this urn. But what I love more is the customer service of this company! Shortly after purchasing this trash can. I took my car to the car wash and there the staff threw away the rubber band holding the garbage bag in place. I was so confused about this! I decided to email the company to see if I could find another large group to do it. However, there was a problem with my email address. BUT later that day I received an instant Facebook message from Raymond Ferguson at Carbage Can wanting to contact me to complete my Carbage Can group request! He took the time to find me! I was just amazed! This is a true testament to this company and their honesty! Thanks Raymond I will definitely be telling all my friends about Carbage Cans!
