I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting but it definitely met/exceeded my expectations. It is soft, well packed so that bugs and animals do not build a nest in it. And that's a lot when you fill up. I'm new to making things that require stuffing, but I don't think I'll ever need to look anywhere else for fiberfill. I'm not entirely sure why people are upset about the bag and packaging. It is necessary to protect the fiber and keep it away from vermin and critters while it lies in a warehouse somewhere, waiting to be bought.
