This Infinity styling iron is a beautiful thing. It really is a special tool! If you need an iron, don't get this one, get another one. This one will not make you happy. But if you want to straighten or curl your hair or create waves on your hair, this tool will make you happy 😊It doesn't pinch. The plates don't open, the tension is definite and constant, you can't control it (so you won't like it if your main goal is just to straighten your hair). Because of this, you will never have any traces of clips on your hair. But you also have to work with much smaller and thinner strands of hair. Plan extra time for this. Using it for curling couldn't be easier. The beach waves took me a while, there is a learning curve and a specific swing technique to master. Straightening my hair wasn't a pleasure for me, I don't like using it as a flat iron, but in a pinch I'd happily do it.
