It met all my expectations! I was afraid it would stagger, but in fact it's very durable. I have a 13" MacBook Pro so it's heavier than most laptops and fits perfectly. As mentioned by some other reviews, it's difficult to disassemble to get the desired height. But after some wiggling and struggling I did. I was actually glad I had to fight it because it meant it was snug enough to stay in place. It doesn't really wobble when I'm typing on the laptop when it's on the stand but I usually use a separate keyboard so I can't say for sure that it won't shake when you use it.What I really like is that the two tabs on the front hold the computer in place hold are spaced apart.I've looked at a few that only had a strip down the middle but that would make it difficult to access the groove in my laptop where I open it.Since the two tabs are b are spaced, I can easily open the laptop without moving it. So I've come to the conclusion that this is a really good stand that does exactly what I need it to do. Looks professional (not cheap) and durable. I would recommend it.
