Great training shoe
They fit me perfectly, true 8.5. Very comfortable and ideal for weightlifting, firm and stable soles, no running shoes. I will replace them with another pair in due course.

Pros
- I use them at the gym for general lifting, very good, no padding, great for leg days.
Cons
- All-train 215s were the best ever and added at least 50 pounds to my squat. It's not even comparable.
