No kidding, this product keeps me sane among the crazy nests of wires under my desk. I almost bought one of those big metal cages but I'm so glad I went with this style - it's sleek, minimalist, easy to use and very affordable. Installation couldn't be easier - just cut two pieces of extra-tacky industrial tape. and stick to the block, then seal it and you're in business! No drilling or nailing required. In addition to the one on the outside of my desk (pictured) I attached another to the underside of the desk to house the extension cords and two power adapters (one for the PC, one for the monitor) which I also attached to the underside of the desk with a strong Velcro fastener. I bought a small 3 pin cord holder to keep the power cords from my phone and audio device close and got some velcro straps to keep everything tidy. Such a big difference and it was very easy to make.
