Whisper alarm works best for plugs, sockets and sockets
I bought this GFI because of its alarm function. However, the alarm is not very loud. It should be called a whisper. It is funny, however, that the manufacturer could save a few cents if they didn't have an alarm silencer, because you don't hear it anyway.
