Cheap but great! in CPU Fan

If you saw this and thought well, it looks like an RGB Wraith cooler but it's really cheap - you're right. And that is performance. Big. Not loud, rotates, cools, keeps what it promises. Looks really good for 12.00 or what it is now. Great buy for a cheap build.
