It vibrates a lot, but you also have to press really hard for it to work. Counteracts the effects of neck or headache relief and sleep. It would be different if the batteries were sealed with a lid. Looks the same as in the picture. Update: The company that sold this contacted me and asked me to write a review. I informed them that I had already had problems with the pillow. They didn't help and basically said it was Revane's problem. Am I very confused? Absolutely do not buy this crap or anything else from this seller.
