Review on Sunlite 80702 Decorative Candelabra Christmas Lights by Dave Weber

I bought them at the end of 2017 as the price was quite cheap but I never installed them in front of my house. Fast forward to Christmas 2018 and my attempt to install these lights in the front of my house. Three bulbs out of six don't work, they don't even screw into the socket. Upon closer inspection, I found what appeared to be an epoxy coating that had cured over the base of the three lamps, which I believe was due to poor workmanship in their manufacture. I will not attempt to remove this healed stuff as it is a project that could take hours to complete. I know that quality issues also occur with some of the green bulbs I've ordered where only four of the six bulbs are working (and there's no evidence of cured epoxy on the base, just faulty bulbs), so this isn't an isolated issue. with Sunlight products. I advise you not to purchase this product and if you do, test each bulb for quality control as obviously Sunlite is not one.
