These! These things are awesome. I travel a lot for work. I have trouble sleeping when a very bright alarm light floods the room. If like me you swear your eyelids are transparent then these stickers will bury you. They are reusable. They won't leave marks or damage what you stick them on (makes you a nice hotel guest). There are so many unexpected lights when you travel. Sometimes this is done to be useful as a night light. You know, the little green light on the switch that's supposed to make it easier to find the switch in the dark. It's useful for this purpose, but keeps you awake. These little stickers will make you a happy camper! I wish I could find them in white. I then used them around my house and left them on my "useful" lightbulbs on my white switches around the house all the time. I heard there's a silver version so you can check it out if you're looking for something that isn't black.
