I have used their services several times over the years to help us with our website or logo design projects. They are always willing to go above and beyond your expectations (which is very important!). The customer service has been great! If there's something they can't do themselves, they will find someone who does it well enough that you won't even know the difference. Make sure you ask about any specialties they have in order to get exactly what you're looking for. Their creativity helps them come up with some novel ideas when needed! Sometimes it might take awhile to finish a project if you need revisions. This isn't necessarily bad since sometimes more time spent means better results. But sometimes you just want things done right away so don't be afraid to tell them this. It could save you money in the long run by getting work completed sooner rather than later. I have been working with them since about 2 years ago when they were starting up their business at that time it was great but then things started to go down hill after awhile so i decided not renew my contract because all went downhill from there! They would be better off if they hired more employees or maybe even closed shop completely its just sad how much work has gone missing over those couple months while being understaffed!!
