Not a fan of how this machine's waterlock works. You have to remove the small rubber stopper and you can easily lose it! I have only used the clothes steamer twice - too many problems filling and emptying small items. The handheld steam function is a little more useful - I like to walk across kitchen countertops to "sterilize" them every once in a while. The floor wiper is fine although I wish they had microfiber pads instead of terry cloth pads.
