I used to have a very good steamer that I bought at a thrift store. It was the only one in my price range that looked good enough. It's ok, overall I'm happy with what I got for the money, doesn't feel very solid but it gets the job done and I can clear a lot of space with a can of water.

When it arrived the box was so small I thought it was a toy for my daughter. I put it together and I don't see it going on like this for long. Doesn't feel strong. However, I've tried this several times and it does a reasonable job. Heats up very quickly. I had to wipe the problem areas multiple times to get the stain out and sometimes it didn't come out at all.

Not a fan of how this machine's waterlock works. You have to remove the small rubber stopper and you can easily lose it! I have only used the clothes steamer twice - too many problems filling and emptying small items. The handheld steam function is a little more useful - I like to walk across kitchen countertops to "sterilize" them every once in a while. The floor wiper is fine although I wish they had microfiber pads instead of terry cloth pads.

Very poor quality parts and it looks like junk. It's all very cheap plastic, even the connection points, which should be metal because you know they'll break within a few months. Being able to steam furniture, curtains etc seems silly because it's very heavy when the water tank is full of water so trying to steam curtains is like lifting a 6lb dumbbell hold it over your head for a very long time. I ordered this to clean a dark gray ceramic tile floor in my kitchen. My tile is 8 x 16 long. Some hard foods thrown on the floor leave marks that are sometimes hard to see even when wiped with a damp cloth or paper towels. Liquids (fizzy drinks, juices, syrups, etc.) will do this even after an immediate wipe.
