Very poor quality parts and it looks like junk. It's all very cheap plastic, even the connection points, which should be metal because you know they'll break within a few months. Being able to steam furniture, curtains etc seems silly because it's very heavy when the water tank is full of water so trying to steam curtains is like lifting a 6lb dumbbell hold it over your head for a very long time. If you've never had a steam cleaner before, you might think it's great because you're comparing it to a bucket of water and a Libman. If you've ever owned a quality steam mop in your life, you'll think it sucks because it is. I used to have an SF-142 Steamfast and it was amazing. Spend the extra money and get a good one. This garbage.
