This device is a winner
I've had back problems for a long time, finally got an MRI. This device is one of many I use including an inversion table, SpineWorx, rolling balls, massage gun, cold compresses, back braces and more. They all help in varying degrees but this one is amazing. This is my main quick way to stretch and align my lower spine. I also use it on the top of my spine. A few minutes of stretching on this kid and I'm always improving noticeably.
