Noisy on vinyl floor

I specifically bought these cause they were advertised as not making noise on hard floors, as my other set of felt pads were noisy, but these are just as bad. Like nails on a chalkboard screech when moving my dining room chairs in and out on our lvp flooring. Waste of money for my situation as I already had a TON of other felt pads, but was looking for quite ones.
